What is your most valuable habit?

Which habit are you the proudest of? Which habit saves you the most amount of time? Which habit does exactly the opposite? Anyone using a habit tracker, if yes which one and why?

"At times it can be really hard to keep up our morning rituals. This especially happens when we get knocked off our regular routine - like on the weekends, when we have visitors, or when we’re away from home.

It also happens when life gets busy…

During these fluctuant times, I have 3 rituals that I try to always maintain:

  1. Stretching
  2. Meditation
  3. Gratitude

I make it pretty easy not to fail because I set the bar as low as possible. On the most hectic days I might only stretch for 15 seconds, meditate for one minute (even if it’s while brushing my teeth), and think of one thing I’m grateful for.

The habits continue without guilt or stress and fully resume when my schedule stabilizes.
